What you will need:
* PEN or PENCIL ( I recommend black. Fine ink pens, colour pencils also work really well / OR use pencil if you prefer to paint with watercolour/ acrylic afterwards.) Feel free to get your fancy colours out too!
* PAPER
* CIRCULAR OBJECT ( Something round to help you draw circles with ...ideally around 4cm diameter - e.g. tealight, toothpaste caps, salt/pepper shakers etc. ) If you have nothing at all, it's completely okay too! Free hand!
* JOURNAL (optional)
Creating your "Zense" space & Set the ambience:
* Try to find a space where no one can disturb your "zen". (Especially during meditation at the end! )
* Play calming background music : if you have Spotify, I recommend playing the CHRISTMAS WORSKHOP PLAYLIST I have put together for you.
* Light a candle or burn incense. Create a space that you feel good in
* Make yourself a nice cuppa and get comfy!
